Refund & Cancellation Policy Thank you for shopping at Jago Snaps. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether you are buying our digital guides, joining a course, or ordering physical merchandise and art prints. Please read our refund policy carefully below:

  • 1. Digital Goods (PDF E-books, Preset Packs & Digital Guides) Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-returnable nature of downloadable files: - All sales of digital PDF guides, checklists, and digital assets are final and non-refundable once the order is completed and the download link is generated. - If you experience a technical issue (e.g., a corrupted file download, broken link, or missing content), please contact us at sales@jagosnaps.com with your order number, and we will send you a replacement file as soon as possible. 
  • 2. Online Courses & Educational Content - Once course access credentials have been issued or content has been streamed/accessed, course enrolments are non-refundable. If you purchased a course by mistake and have not yet logged in or accessed any course material, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. 
  • 3. Physical Merchandise (Apparel, Merchandise & Art Prints) A. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your apparel or print arrives damaged in transit, with print quality defects, or if you received the wrong size/item: 1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your package at sales@jagosnaps.com. 2. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue or defect. 3. Upon verification, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.B. Size Exchanges & Returns for Physical Items - Because apparel and fine art prints are often made-to-order, we strongly encourage reviewing size charts on product pages before ordering. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our fulfillment center. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • 4. Order Cancellations - Physical Goods: You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placement. Once an item has entered production or shipping fulfilment, the order cannot be canceled. - Digital Goods & Courses: Orders cannot be canceled once download links or access tokens have been generated.
